The fourth congress of the Movement of the First will be held in the National Center" Russia " from March 26 to 28. More than two thousand people from 89 regions of the country will participate in the special program. The meeting will discuss the concept of the Year of Friendship and the book of values, as well as take part in useful and educational events. The Congress is the highest governing body of the Movement of the Former. It will become a space for co-creation of the main participants of the educational process – children, parents and mentors. The events will clearly show the ideas of the First Movement, in which schoolchildren and students are initiators of projects, as well as conductors of the Movement's values. "The Congress of the Movement of the First is the most important event that determines the current vectors of development of all educational work with children and youth in Russia. Delegates from 89 regions will review the book of values and the concept of the Year of Friendship in the Movement of the First. The participants of the Congress will sum up the results of the "Christmas Tree of Wishes" campaign and launch the new season of the All-Russian "Big Change" contest within the framework of the National Project "Youth and Children". We will hold a meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council and discuss promising educational projects. The congress will become a unique platform for exchanging experience and developing new initiatives for children and young people," said Artur Orlov, Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First. A rich business program awaits the participants of the IV Congress. The key event will be the Congress meeting, where children and adults will jointly sum up the results of the Movement's work over the past year and determine priority areas for development. The ceremony will include awarding the winners of the "First Prize", where the brightest and most significant achievements of the participants of the First Movement will be noted. The first 27 March will mark the Day of the theater. Children and adults are waiting for a creative sketch from young artists, the announcement of the winners of the individual nomination of the All-Russian project "School Classics". At the press conference, the guests of honor will summarize the work of school theaters in the regions and discuss plans for the development of theater groups in the regions until 2028. The Congress will launch the All-Russian action "Theatrical Backstage", as well as the launch ceremony of the sixth season of the All-Russian competition "Big Change". The launch of the contest will take place in the format of an immersive performance, which will tell about the success stories of the winners of different years, as well as about the innovations of the new season. There will also be a meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council of the Movement of the First. The participants chose to discuss the experience of scientific and theoretical support for the development of the First Movement as its theme. Важной частью станет заседание рабочей группы Международной ассоциации детских организаций (МАДО). В течение нескольких дней школьники из России и их сверстники из-за рубежа представят проекты по развитию будущей международной ассоциации и форматы взаимодействия молодежи разных стран. Участников Движения ждет общеразвивающая и практическая программы: стратегические сессии, мастер-классы, панельные дискуссии, мотивационные встречи. Вместе с участниками семейного сообщества «Родные-Любимые» они подведут итоги Года семьи, а совместно с ветеранами СВО и Героями России покажут вклад участников Движения Первых в Год защитника Отечества. Также в рамках семейных активностей участники Съезда разработают совместную деятельность семейного сообщества «Родные-Любимые» и поделятся собственным опытом. В мероприятиях по теме наставничества делегаты Съезда узнают о лучших наставнических практиках Движения, определят ключевые вызовы и инструменты развития экосистемы наставничества. В рамках основных направлений деятельности Движения Первых участники ближе познакомятся с текущими проектами и примут участие полезных форматах. Церемония открытия Съезда состоится 26 марта. На следующий день, 27 марта, пройдет заседание Съезда Движения Первых, а также заседание Научно-методического совета Движения. Церемония закрытия Съезда запланирована на 28 марта.
