Participants of the Movement were the first to attend Victory Day Parades in different regions of Russia. Some of the children marched at a marching pace in special columns, while others became spectators of walking, mechanized and aviation units. The First ones also attended the Victory Day Parade on Red Square: active participants of patriotic events, together with Artur Orlov, Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First, and Ksenia Yanova, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First, saw the Parade from the stands of honorary guests.

"Victory Day is the main holiday of our Motherland. These are tens of millions of lives sacrificed for us-the people of today. Everyone should understand that the fascists were not going to destroy the country - they were going to destroy entire nations, turn into slaves those who were considered subhuman. We'll never forget that. We will not forget, so as not to allow history to repeat itself, " said Hero of Russia, participant of the presidential program "Time of Heroes", Chairman of the Board of the Movement of the First Artur Orlov.

10 children from different regions received an invitation to become spectators of the main military air parade of the country. Despite their young age, each of them proved to be a responsible and caring citizen.

The former preserve the memory of the heroic deeds of the people during the Great Patriotic War, and also support the defenders of the Fatherland fighting in the SVO zone. Children strive to bring real benefits to their country and compatriots. So, Sergey Ostanin from the Rostov region independently made more than 500 trench candles and collected 153 kg of waste paper, handed it over and used the money to buy food and personal hygiene products for soldiers. And Lana Startseva from the Kursk region became the chairman of the Council of the First and took responsibility for organizing events and projects of the Movement for children from the region. Lana lost her mom and brother in Suja. According to the girl, supporting and helping others is a path that helps her return to life and fill it with meaning.

"It seems to me that on Victory Day, every person in our country is overwhelmed with a sense of pride for the Motherland, for its heroes. 80 years ago, our great-grandfathers performed a feat, speaking together, as a whole nation against the fascists, and today our fighters in the free defense zone are again fighting evil. Together with other First Responders, we try to help the defenders, do what we can: we make trench candles and camouflage nets, collect dry showers, write letters of support. Today, when I saw our troops at the Victory Parade, I realized that together we are an invincible force and will be able to defend the truth, " Lana Startseva, a member of the Movement of the First, shared.

The Victory Day Parade was also a landmark event for Irina Sazonova from the Rostov region. The girl's father is now in the SVO zone, and together with her mother, the participant of the Movement organizes the collection of humanitarian aid for the SVO fighters and delivers parcels to their destination.

"To attend the Victory Day Parade is my dream, one of the biggest after we celebrated the New Year with our whole extended family at VDNKh. Being at the Victory Parade today is especially important for me, because now my dad is also a soldier and is on his own. I am very grateful to the Movement of the First for this miracle, " said Irina Sazonova.

Despite their young age, the First ones always come to the rescue in any emergency situation. Dmitry Smirnov from the Rostov region drew attention to a schoolgirl who suddenly became ill during her studies, and carried her in his arms to the first-aid station, and then called an ambulance. Operational actions of the First saved the life of a girl who had an early stroke. And Evgeny Beschastnov from the Bryansk Region, during an attack by an enemy drone, helped the injured girl get out of the damaged car and, using the skills learned at the First Aid project master classes, applied a tourniquet above the shrapnel wound.

"Victory Day is a holiday when we remember the heroic deeds of those who fought for our freedom and peaceful future. It reminds us how important it is to remember the past and the sacrifices that were made for our lives. This day also evokes a sense of pride for our country and its history, as well as a desire to pass on these values to the next generations, " said Dmitry Smirnov, a member of the Movement of the First.
