The project "School of Activism" has been implemented for the second year by the regional department of the "Movement of the First" in the Krasnodar Territory. The goal of the project is to develop the personal and organizational qualities of schoolchildren and students, teach them the tools of self-government and project activities, as well as provide an opportunity to work in partnership and exchange experience with participants of the First Movement, active schoolchildren and students from other regions of the region.

The project includes 6 stages:

1st stage (September) - registration of participants on the website budvdvizhenie.After registration, participants completed an online course on self-development, teamwork, and practical tools for self-organization and project management. The course was developed by a team of project organizers.

Stage 2 — participation in municipal intensive courses, where students received additional knowledge and practical recommendations with the participation of experts and curators of local branches.

Stage 3 — conducting "Asset Schools" in primary departments. At this stage, participants independently developed and implemented activities for children, using the acquired knowledge and materials from the online course. In the children-to-children format, they taught children the key skills of self-management, project activity, team interaction and leadership.

Stage 4 - selection of finalists. Finalists were participants who successfully organized "Asset Schools" in their primary branches.

Stage 5 — a regional meeting of the best project participants, where the finalists worked face-to-face with experts and organizers to exchange experience and further develop their initiatives.

Stage 6 — implementation of municipal master classes together with municipal curators of the First ones. The finalists will show how they use their knowledge and tools, sharing their experience with other activists.

Since its launch, the project has attracted more than 4,700 participants, of whom 300 have demonstrated outstanding results in organizing "Asset Schools" in primary departments and have become finalists. About 20,000 children are involved in the" School of Activa " at the site of primary departments.

The final event of the project was a regional rally in Anapa, which was held from November 22 to 24 in the children's sanatorium "Vita". 10 experts in various fields were invited to the meeting for children: psychology, conflict management, team building and communication, event management, PR, journalism and marketing, public speaking, acting and others.

— Not only those guys who have already proved themselves in the Movement, but also newcomers actively participated in the project. Many participants became interested in the project due to their familiarity with the Movement at the specialized summer shifts "Time of the First".

During the training, students learned how to work and organize themselves within their primary branch, develop their communities, and acquire skills that will be useful for further work in the system of Councils of First Responders, interact with other activists, and expand their opportunities.

At the final meeting, the participants discussed how they themselves can change the lives of schoolchildren and students in the region, learned how to find the key to each other, work in a team and were inspired by experts who not only told, but showed how to make a dream possible, " said Violetta Tiponeinen, senior counselor of the regional branch of the Movement of the First in the Krasnodar Territory.
