The regional branch of the Movement of the First holds the Gaidar rally. It was planned that within the framework of it, a single event for all municipalities would be held, where Timurov residents would be honored for certain merits. But due to the restrictions imposed in the region by the KTO and emergency regimes, it was decided that each local branch should conduct short awards of activists in its municipality independently.

In Kursk, the awarding of active Timurovites took place as part of the teleconference "Russia – the Homeland of Heroes", which was held as part of the XI Educational Readings of the Kursk Diocese (the regional stage of the XXXII International Christmas Educational Readings) "80th anniversary of the Great Victory: memory and spiritual experience of generations". The Bryansk and Belgorod regions, as well as the Donetsk People's Republic, took part in the teleconference. Welcoming remarks were made by: Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Olga Germanova, Acting Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Minister of Internal and Youth Policy of the Kursk region Vladimir Grebenkin, Chairman of the Regional Council of the Movement of the First Kursk region Maxim Shchedrin, Rector of the Kursk Church of the Holy Royal Passion Bearers Oleg Chebanov.

The first ones told about what patriotic events are held in their regions, about unique practices and interesting experiences. Kursk activists spoke about the search work and its significance.

At the end of the event, Timurov residents of the city of Kursk were awarded for their care and support for volunteerism. The military band of the 448th Rocket Brigade named after S. P. Nepobedimogo also played for children and guests.
